Origen: Uruguay y Argentina

Es un arbusto peremnifolio que puede alcanzar los 2 metros de altura.

Florece desde mediados de verano hasta otoño.

Se reproduce muy bien por semillas (todas las plantas de Recregarden tienen este origen)

Resiste heladas débiles.

It´s an evergreen shrub which grows to a height of two metres.

It flowers from mid summer to fall.

It propagates very easily from seeds (all Recregarden plants have this origin).

It withstands light frosts.

Origen: Sudáfrica

Esta planta es otra de las pequeñas joyas de Recregarden.

Es una de las conocidas como "blue cycads" (cycas azules) por el color gris azulado de las hojas, tonalidad que se refuerza por la exposición al sol.

Es una cycadal de crecimiento bastante lento, con un tronco que puede alcanzar el metro de altura y con hojas recurvadas y ligeramente "espinosas".

Resiste sin problemas heladas débiles.

Origin: Southafrica

This is one of the so-called "blue cycads" due to the bluish colour of the leaflets, specially when it has a full sun exponsure.

It´s a slow growing cycadal with an erect stem to one metre and fronds with recurved ans spiny tips.

It withstands light frosts without problems.
