Origen: Este y Noreste de Australia

Es un árbol que puede alcanzar 25 metros de altura, no sobrepasando los 10 metros en cultivo.

En primavera produce ramilletes de flores que al principio son de color blanco crema y luego se oscurecen hasta amarillo anaranjado. Son muy olorosas, de ahí su nombre popular de "native frangipani" aunque no tiene ningún tipo de parentesco con los verdaderos frangipanis (género Plumeria).

Se reproduce por semillas o esquejes.

Soportan heladas débiles.

It´s a tree thar can reach 25 metres tall in the wild, just 10 metres in cultivation.

In spring it produces flowers that open creamy white and darken to orangish yellow. They are scented, so its common name of "native frangipani" although it has no relationship with authentic frangipanis (genus Plumeria).

Propagation is by seeds or cuttings.

It withstands light frosts.
